- Coloured steel ridging, barge and corner flashings
- Gutter each side of gable
- Standard building paper and netting to roof
- 1 x doubled glazed 2m x 2m ranchslider
- 2 x double glazed triangle windows
- 2 x double glazed 1.5m W x 1m H window
- Sturdy 19mm thick plywood floor
- ModPlex is designed for all wind and snow loads in NZ.
- Lining & insulation packs available, and ask us about off-grid options too
